Whether you've just bought a new phone/tablet, or are more comfortable with the app on a different phone/tablet, here are the steps to connect your device to the new phone/tablet: 

  1. De-register the device: within the Striiv app on your old phone/tablet, tap the gear icon on the gray device banner at the top of the app home screen. This should display a "Device Info" screen, with the "De-register Device" option listed at the very bottom. Select this and follow the prompts to do so. 
  2. Not seeing a "Device Info" screen? Your device may already be disconnected from the app. If you're seeing time/date on the device when it's turned on, reference step 3 for instructions on how to factory reset the device. 
  3. Still seeing time/date on the device after de-registering? You'll need to factory reset the device: turn on the Walgreens device and swipe to the left of the time/date (and battery percentage) screen to select Apps  > swipe to the second Apps screen to select settings > swipe to the factory reset screen and tap the check mark to confirm.
  4. On your new phone/tablet, follow the in-app pairing process outlined here.
